The week of sickness

Unfortunately for Dave, he has spent most of his Fall Break from work home sick. He was looking forward to having the whole week to do fun things and go places and just relax at home, but last Saturday night he began complaining of an ear ache. So Monday morning we made an appointment to see his doctor. He was diagnosed with an ear infection and sent on his way with some Amoxicillin and acetic acid/hydrocortisone ear drops. We thought it would start fading by day 2 of being on antibiotics... but no relief came until today! One week later, Dave is still in pain and has a follow up appointment this coming Monday to make sure everything is alright. Poor baby. I started getting sick with a bad cold on Wednesday and it's just starting to let up today. What a week! This has definitely been the week of sickness for us :(
